A rest day is ideally scheduled between Days 3 and 4
Day 1 – Gentle Immersion
Meet the team at 9 am. After a short briefing and administrative formalities, you’ll get familiar with freediving-specific gear, learn how to suit up, and begin exploring static apnea in a natural setting. Breathing, relaxation, and first sensations. Then, an introduction to vertical freediving and equalization, followed by a guided snorkeling tour to encounter local marine species. The first session wraps up around 1 pm.
Days 2, 3 & 4 – Technical Progression
Each morning starts at 9 am with stretching, followed by a rotation of workshops: dry dynamic apnea, duck diving, rescue techniques, equalization lessons, theory classes, video debriefings… The content evolves daily, adapting to each diver’s level, the weather, and the group’s energy. Open water freediving lessons take place every day, with 5 to 8 dives per session, always accompanied by a snorkeling excursion.
Day 5 (6th day of the course) – Final Exploration
End the journey on a high note with a special outing: explore a shipwreck lying between 12 and 20 meters deep, visit the underwater museum, or dive into volcanic lava flows and underwater caves. A powerful, emotional finale captured in stunning HD footage.
